Autumn Term
This term sees children explore themselves and their community as they begin to settle into their new routines and environments. Children are supported with exploring the concept of the new rules and routines of school as well as encouraged to make new connections and friendships with those around them. We teach children about the importance of being helpful, kind and thoughtful both around school and at home. During this term we build each individual child's confidence by exploring ways in which they are both special and unique. Furthermore, children are given the opportunity to explore their local community and identify key people who can help them.
